  • P48 is a Portland-based nonprofit supporting youth in foster care across the Pacific Northwest during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Each year, we serve more than 1,000 young people navigating placement changes, system transitions, and the path toward independence by providing essential items, life skills education, and community-based programs rooted in dignity, stability, and care.
